All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please check during checkout for estimated delivery times. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Eligibility for Returns
You have seven days from receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required, and you will be responsible for the return shipping charges
Please note: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Keep a copy of your tracking number. We cannot be held liable for return parcels that do not arrive.
- Bobby Lovejoy’s Head Office will examine the garments upon receipt and advise you of the outcome. If our team believes the garment has been mistreated, altered, or damaged by the customer (or in transit due to improper repackaging), the return will not be accepted.
